Half Moon Bay is known as the pumpkin capitol of the world and celebrates that with a Pumpkin Festival that is held annually in October on the weekend after Columbus Day. Over 250,000 people will walk along Main Street enjoying this art and wine festival and the spectacular fall weather on the coastside. The Half Moon Bay Pendant/Charm was designed by Patti Warshauer when Main Street Goldworks was asked to design a piece commemorating the Pumpkin Festival's 25th Anniversary many years ago. They have changed it a little and it now a timeless remembrance featuring a moon, a wave and a pumpkin and available in two sizes in white or yellow gold and sterling silver. Starting in September the road to Half Moon Bay is lined with pumpkin farms and families having fun picking their perfect pumpkin!
